oklb Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the oklb platform. By using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms.
1 General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the oklb platform and all services included within it. By using oklb's website, mobile interface or any related service, you are automatically considered to have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.
These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. oklb believes that building relationships with players on the basis of transparency and honesty is our core philosophy. Each term is therefore presented clearly and in straightforward language.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to oklb's website, software and related services.
- "User" or "Player" refers to any person registered on the platform.
- "Account" refers to the portal on the platform that stores a player's personal and financial information.
- "Balance" refers to the total of funds deposited into the account and bonus credits.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional or reward benefit provided by oklb.
1.2 Applicability of Terms
These Terms may be issued in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two, the Bengali version shall take precedence. These Terms shall at all times take precedence over any previous oral or written agreement.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on the oklb platform, a user must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age. oklb provides services only to those aged 21 or above.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- A person may operate only one account.
- The account must not be made available for use by a third party.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
oklb may request documents to verify a player's identity at any time. This process is conducted to ensure financial security and prevent fraudulent activity. What is generally required for verification:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
- Documents proving ownership of the payment method.
oklb reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to provide information or providing false information may result in permanent account closure.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Notify the oklb support team immediately of any unauthorised activity or unusual login from your account. oklb is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use of the account.
3 Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
The following approved payment methods may be used to deposit funds into oklb. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. oklb recommends depositing from an account held in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this may be delayed in cases of identity verification or additional security review.
- Withdrawal requests will only be approved to verified payment methods.
- Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirement for an active bonus on the account has not been met.
- Any unusual withdrawal request may be held for additional review.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on the oklb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
oklb offers a welcome bonus for newly registered players: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you an additional ৳1,500 in bonus funds.
- Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x) — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
- The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be set by oklb.
- Each player may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus may not be shared or transferred to any friend or family member.
4.2 VIP Program
oklb's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on regular active participation and consistent engagement on the platform.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- oklb reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the bonus program at any time.
- While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be used at the same time.
- If, in oklb's judgment, a player appears to be abusing a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
5 Gaming Rules
5.1 General Rules for Playing
Various types of games are available on the oklb platform, including slot games, live casino, cricket betting and much more. Each game has its own rules which should be read before playing.
- The outcome of each game is determined by a technically verifiable random number generator (RNG).
- If the internet connection is lost during a gaming session, a bet may be deducted from the player's account.
- If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, oklb will investigate and resolve the matter.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to betting on any sports event, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments):
- Betting is permitted only at the approved odds in oklb's designated markets.
- Pre-match bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match or event has started.
- If an event is postponed or abandoned, oklb will determine the outcome of bets in accordance with its policy.
- oklb reserves the right to suspend or cancel a bet if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are identified.
5.3 Live Gaming Rules
All players must behave respectfully when playing live casino games (with a live dealer). Use of abusive language towards the dealer or other players may result in temporary account suspension.
6 Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the oklb platform. Involvement in these activities may result in account closure, balance forfeiture and legal action:
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
- Providing False Information: Giving false or incorrect information during registration or the KYC process.
- Bonus Abuse: Placing bets in a calculated manner with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
- Account Sharing: Sharing or selling your account with or to a third party.
- Money Laundering: Using the oklb platform as a channel for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Software Manipulation: Attempting to defraud the platform's systems using automated bots, scripts or any software.
- Underage Access: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to use your account.
- Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to oklb's systems, servers or network.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Account Closure at the Player's Request
Any player may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any remaining balance (if the applicable conditions have been met).
7.2 Account Suspension or Closure by oklb
oklb may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of false identity or fraud.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- If underage status is proven.
- On the instruction of a regulatory authority.
In the case of account closure for a valid reason, oklb will first inform the player of the reason and give them an opportunity to respond.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
oklb gives the highest priority to protecting players' personal information. SSL encryption technology is used on the platform, which keeps all data transfers secure.

9 Limitation of Liability
oklb is an online gaming service provider. oklb bears no responsibility for the following:
- Gaming losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
- Technical issues originating from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, etc.).
- Losses resulting from a player's own accidental disclosure of account credentials.
- Service interruptions due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Terms & Conditions Changes
oklb reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, players will be notified in advance via email or in-app notifications on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the player's acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If a player does not agree with the changes, they may close their account at any time.
